5. Products and services
5.1 Nature of products
We sell digital products in the form of activation codes, CDK keys, and digital game content for PUBG and related platforms. All products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.
5.2 Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our Services are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual code or content received will match the textual description.
5.3 Platform compatibility
All CDK codes sold through our Services are intended for use on the PUBG platform via Steam (PC) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. It is your responsibility to verify platform compatibility before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for codes purchased for the wrong platform when platform information was clearly stated.
5.4 Stock and availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, per order, or per household. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior agreement.
6. Pricing and payment
6.1 Pricing
All prices on our Services are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices.
6.2 Price lock at order
Once an order is successfully placed and payment confirmation is received, the price you paid is locked in for that specific order regardless of any subsequent price changes, promotions, or discounts. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments.
6.3 Taxes
Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase based on your jurisdiction.

7.2 Manual fulfillment
Our orders are fulfilled manually. After payment confirmation, we will verify your order and deliver the CDK code via email to the address associated with your account. Typical fulfillment time is within twenty-four (24) hours of payment confirmation, though we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
7.3 Fulfillment delays
While we work to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to verification requirements, stock availability, technical issues, or other factors. We will communicate any significant delays via email or through our support channels.
7.4 Delivery
CDK codes are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate, accessible, and able to receive our communications. Check your spam folder if you do not receive your order in the expected timeframe.
7.5 Order verification
We may, at our sole discretion, require additional verification before fulfilling an order. This may include identity verification, payment confirmation, or other security measures designed to prevent fraud. Failure to complete reasonable verification requests may result in order cancellation and refund.
8. Digital goods final sale policy
8.1 All sales are final
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL GOODS ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products that are delivered electronically and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy on all delivered CDK codes and digital content. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
8.2 Code redemption responsibility
CDK codes must be redeemed within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. After this period, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any issues with the code including but not limited to expiration, deactivation by the publisher, or other issues that may arise. No refunds or replacements will be provided for codes not redeemed within this timeframe.
8.3 Exceptions to final sale
Limited exceptions to our final-sale policy may apply in the following specific circumstances, subject to our verification:
- Invalid code at delivery. If the code provided is verified to be invalid or already redeemed at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement code or, if no replacement is available, issue a refund.
- Wrong product delivered. If we deliver a fundamentally different product than what was ordered, we will provide the correct product or, if unavailable, issue a refund.
To request review under these exceptions, you must contact our support within twenty-four (24) hours of code delivery with detailed information including the code, the issue encountered, and screenshots demonstrating the problem.
8.4 Order cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order only before fulfillment has begun, typically within the first one to two (1–2) minutes after order placement. Once fulfillment has begun or the CDK code has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
9.1 Contact support first
If you encounter any issue with an order, you must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly. Initiating disputes without first attempting resolution violates the spirit of these Terms.

We consider the following to constitute fraudulent chargeback activity:
- Filing a chargeback after receiving and using the delivered CDK code.

- Reporting to fraud prevention networks including Stripe Radar and similar industry fraud databases, which may affect your ability to make purchases with other online merchants.
- Reporting to relevant authorities including the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and law enforcement in your jurisdiction where appropriate.
- Sharing of fraud information with other CDK and digital goods sellers through industry blacklist networks.
- Possible legal action including civil claims for fraud and recovery of losses, court costs, and legal fees.
9.4 Evidence of delivery
We maintain comprehensive logs of all transactions including:
- Purchase date and time.
- IP address at time of purchase.
- Account email address used for authentication.
- Email delivery timestamp and confirmation.
- Email open tracking where available.
